02 · HOW WE BUY FOR YOU

Transaction Profile

Optional Shopping Balance

Product purchases only. Not used for service fees or shipping.
Shopping Balance = product-purchase funds only. A balance does not authorize unrestricted spending.

Reference Exchange Rate

JPY is the master price. USD reference amounts use the Federal Reserve H.10 USD/JPY rate. KAZAHANA updates the weekly reference every Tuesday at 12:00 JST and keeps it fixed until the next update.
Important: The FRB Rate Date is the reference date published by the Federal Reserve. Because KAZAHANA adopts the latest published H.10 rate at the Tuesday update, the FRB Rate Date and KAZAHANA update date may differ.

If we know, we’ll tell you. We’ll share any shipping delays, restrictions, or other issues we’re aware of in advance. International shipping may also be affected by circumstances we cannot foresee or control, such as customs, carrier conditions, peak seasons, holidays, or weather. We appreciate your understanding when unexpected delays occur.
Important: Shipping eligibility and restrictions are confirmed for each order when required. Being purchasable in Japan does not automatically mean an item can be shipped internationally.
